Philip Glass’ The Seasons Project juxtaposes Glass’ magical new work - Violin Concerto No. 2: The American Four Seasons – with its inspiration, the Vivaldi classic The Four Seasons. American violin virtuoso Robert McDuffie, for whom Glass wrote the concerto, will perform its Chicago premiere and conduct the Venice Baroque Orchestra for “one of the most exciting musical evenings of the year” (Toronto Star.)
