Thodos Dance Chicago returns to the Harris with an exciting program to celebrate its 20th Anniversary. The first act of the show features “The White City: Chicago’s Columbian Exhibition of 1893” ,created by Melissa Thodos and Tony Award Winner Ann Reinking. This work was named “Best Dance in Chicago for 2011” by the Chicago Sun Times. The second act of the program features “Getting There” by Melissa Thodos, and “Exergence” by Jeremy Blair and Mollie Mock. Also featured are two historical works that have been audience favorites over the years: “Chant” and “Piece of Piece” both choreographed by Melissa Thodos.
