More than a performance, SOLO is an invitation to listen differently.

SOLO is a Chicago-based multidisciplinary performance project conceived by Ira Antelis and directed by Jonathan E. Alsberry. Bringing together internationally recognized dancers, choreographers, musicians, and creative collaborators, SOLO centers artistic excellence, community, and connection. Its inaugural Harris Theater presentation explores memory thought live performance while celebrating the city and artists that shape it. 

Inspired by the memory of Barbara Antelis, the evening celebrates the artists, mentors, communities that shape our lives while raising awareness through a partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association.
